Ice Socks (3 Pocket) - Original
Three ice pockets per sock plus graduated compression: targeted cold therapy for the horse's hard-working lower limbs.
Hidez 3 Pocket Ice Socks combine lower-limb cold therapy with our patented graduated compression in a single garment. They are designed for owners, trainers and therapists managing heat, inflammation and filling in the legs after fast work, competition or a long day on hard ground. Australian-designed and established in 2010, Hidez is veterinary endorsed and used in more than 30 countries.
Why it works
Each sock has three pockets that hold ice against the lower limb, delivering targeted cold therapy to manage heat and inflammation. At the same time, graduated compression, highest at the lower extremity and decreasing up the leg towards the heart, maintains circulation, assisting venous and lymphatic return and helping to flush metabolic waste such as lactic acid. Cold controls inflammation while compression keeps blood moving, reducing swelling and supporting recovery. In internal thermographic testing, Hidez compression recorded up to 30% less lactic-acid build-up.

Sizing & fit
Sizes run by your horse's height, from 14 hands to 19.2 hands in half-hand steps, and each pair is shaped specifically for either front or hind legs. Select the correct option for the legs you are treating. Because these are compression garments, correct fit means correct pressure: a loose sock cannot deliver the graduated gradient or hold ice firmly against the limb. Check the Hidez sizing guide before ordering.
What's included
One pair of Hidez 3 Pocket Ice Compression Socks (front pair or hind pair, as selected) in your chosen colour and size.
Care
Remove all ice packs before washing. Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle with mild detergent. Air dry only, as tumble drying damages the compression fibres.
